ThreadCare is a longitudinal care intelligence platform. It brings fragmented medical data together into a single, connected health story, making it easier to understand symptoms, trends, medications, and history over time. The focus is on source-linked, organized records: every item traces back to where it came from, key output can be checked by the patient's own clinician, and summaries are built to be shared during visits.

The current site is a proof-of-concept demonstration. The patient cases it shows are fictional examples created to illustrate the experience. The founder's origin story is the one real, personal account on the site.
